1. Use of the App

Execudex provides political information, news summaries, and educational resources. You may only use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You may delete your account at any time within the App.

3. Content Ownership & Disclaimer

Execudex does not own the political or news information displayed in the App. All rights to such content belong to their original cited and referenced sources.

Execudex does not provide legal, financial, or political advice. The App is for informational and awareness purposes only.

4. Payments

All subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Execudex does not store or manage your payment information.

Apple’s policies govern refunds and billing.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access

Interfere with the security or operation of the App

Use the App for unlawful purposes

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app deletion feature.

7. Limitation of Liability

Execudex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or decisions made based on information in the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
