Execudex is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Execudex mobile application.

When you create an account, we collect limited onboarding information you provide as well as information regarding your demographic, the latter being optional.

Gender
The following are optional: State code, political standing, highest education level, employment status, income level, race & ethnicity, dependent status, military status, immigration status, government benefits, sexual orientation, voter eligibility, disability status, industry of work or study
How We Use Information
This data is used only to:
Customize your app experience and preferences
Improve the App and its features
Display personal impact within political events
Recommend cards and profiles based off proximity and relation
Data Storage
All data is stored securely using Supabase and Postgres. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Sentry is used for error tracking and analytics and has access to user data.
Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time within the App. Deleting your account permanently removes your stored data.
Email Communications
If you provide an email address, we may use it to send you account-related notifications or updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
Payments
All subscriptions and payments are handled exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not process or store billing information.
Children’s Privacy
Execudex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App and at our published URL.
